Please have you credit card number, type of card,
expiration date, the hat you want to order and your
size in inches or cm. ready.
Be sure to include your head measurement in inches
or cm, this is very important. If you give the wrong size
there is a $50.00 charge to remake a custom made
hat and 20.00 charge for exchange of a ready made hat.
We take a photo of your hat on a size indicator machine
and keep it on file with your order. If your hat is too big or
too small but the photo matches the size you ordered it
will cost you 50 bucks plus shipping to fix this for custom
made hats and 20.00 plus shipping for ready made hats.
